Throughout 2025, our team continued to support explorers, producers, and new energy organisations through practical, solutions-focused advisory work, including:

  • Advancing Native Title and Heritage Agreements

  • Negotiating and advising clients on acquisitions, divestments and Joint Venture arrangements

  • Representing and advocating for clients in the Wardens Court and with the Native Title Tribunal

Our goal has remained the same: deliver clear, grounded, and informed advice that helps clients move forward confidently and with certainty.

Why this matters & looking ahead to 2026

At its core, 2025 highlighted what we value most: respect, relationships, and effective commercial outcomes.

Thank you to our clients, partners and TO groups we’ve had the privilege of working with this year. We’re grateful for your trust and continued support.

We look forward to continuing our work with you into 2026 and beyond.
